Deposit Options
To confirm your reservation, contact us at (876) 973-7156. A minimum of one night's deposit is required. A larger deposit may be required on some occasions for high demand dates.
Deposits can be made by Credit Card (currently VISA or MASTERCARD only), or a cash deposit to our local reservations account.
NB: Reservations will be confirmed upon receipt of a deposit.

Payment Options
The current payment options accepted by the hotel are:
1) Cash: US Dollars – (foreign residents), Jamaican Dollars (Jamaican residents only).
2) Credit Card: Visa Card, Master Card.
3) Debit Card: local Jamaican Bank cards only.
4) Travelers Checks (US Dollars).
Guests with other currencies are asked to visit a local bank to exchange the currency for one of our cash payment options. The hotel does not accept payment by Keycard, Discover Card, American express, Diners Club.
Cancellation Policy - Rooms
Room Reservations may be canceled up to 48 hours in advance of arrival time (2 pm). An administrative fee of US $20.00 is applicable and will be deducted from the total deposited. Reservations that are canceled within 48 hours of arrival time are subject to a penalty fee of one night’s room rate.
High Demand dates will require cancellation a minimum of seven (7) days in advance of the arrival date. Reservations for High Demand dates that are cancelled within seven days of arrival date are subject to a penalty fee of one night’s room rate. |
